The troika original members of Chambao -- La Mari, El Edi, and Dani -- made waves in the earth music scene with their newfangled brand of flamenco, called flamenco iciness, which combined the fad and forthright manner of traditional Andalusian flamenco with elements of electronica, specifically chillout. Formed in the early morning hours of the 2001 summer solstice in Malaga, Spain, Chambao low gear appeared to the greater public on the 2002 Sony digest Flamenco Chill, to which they contributed eight-spot songs, featuring Mari on vocals and the others on the orchestration. Two years later their commencement solo uncut, Endorfinas en la Mente, produced by Italian electronica technical Bob Benozzo, was released, followed the next course by Pokito a Poko, a criminal record on which Dani contributed very fiddling, as he left the radical in front it was finished. After touring for Pokito a Poko, Edi as well distinct to set off from the stria, going Mari unique as the last-place left over extremity.
